SAFFRON offers a unique three meal experience in a one restaurant concept, created out of the love for the Mediterranean region with its melting pot of culinary and musical culture. Through the talents of its creative culinary team, SAFFRON not only serves up the best and finest quality of Steaks and Seafood but offers mouthwatering regional dishes, Tapas Cazueals (little dishes) and an array of fine wines, served by the glass or bottle.

The menu varies by meal period from the traditional Breakfast, to the lighter Lunch, on to the ever changing a La Carte Dinner.

The design and decor of the restaurant is minimalistic clean, simple and uncluttered, a style that is common throughout the Mediterranean region. With subtle screenings, creating areas of intimacy, a private dining room, subdued lighting, expansive polished stone flooring and the hues of taupe, olive green and Riviera blue.

From the kitchen our creative team offers daily changing menus to meet your needs. Dining tables display home baked breads, flavored olive oils, balsamic vinegar and spicy olives.

At the Wine Bar, as well as offering a wide variety of beers, martinis and cocktails the emphasis is on wines. The Ontario Wine Region, only a 30 minute drive from the hotel. These can be enjoyed with a selection of our freshly made Tapas Cazueals.
